KINDLY NOTE

IN STUDIO POLICIES:

Grip socks are required for all reformer classes

Please leave your phone in the car or on silent- no phone usage during class

Respect and kindness to every other student

BOOKING POLICIES:

Pre-registration and a pass is required for all on Punchpass under Schedule

All class passes are non-refundable

All class passes expire 3 months after purchase date

Please note Gemma is not available for booking through phone/email on Sundays. If you call or email on the weekend it may take 1-2 business days for a response.

For private & duet sessions, please acquire your pass immediately after initial communication. The date and time communicated will be held for 48 hours from the most recent message/email without a pass acquired. After 48 hours without a pass acquired, that date and time will be available for booking to other students

Waitlist opening e-mail will be sent out to everyone on the list and will be first come first served

CANCELLATIONS:

We have a 12 hour cancellation window prior to the start of class. You can cancel on Punchpass: https://thepilatesroom.punchpass.com/classes

Cancelling outside the 12 hour window is considered an early cancellation and you will still hold that class in your Punchpass account

Cancelling within the 12 hour window is considered a late cancellation and you will be charged the full amount for the class. You will forfeit the class on your pass

These policies are to be sure we are all respecting each other’s time and commitment to our practice

The Pilates Room reserves the right to cancel any class at any time
