A message from Gemma~ please note consistency is key. It is recommended to include at least 2 sessions per week in order to gain results.

It is strongly recommended to take at least one private session before any reformer class, even if you have prior experience, in order for me to get to know you, your goals and your specificities. This also gives you time and space to get to know the reformer. Fill out form under Privates & Duets and I will find a time that works for you!

    a full body, low impact workout providing a combination of improving strength and flexibility using body weight to leave you feeling energized yet relaxed~beginner friendly, choose the layer/modification best for your body and level

    semi-private~ prior reformer private with Gemma is highly recommended

    everyone gets equal time on the reformer~work through a fast pace series of dynamic movements leaving you feeling strong and energized
